100 Days of art
Continuing the creative journey - and everything is better with friends. So I’ve joined up with artists that I’ve met through Mastrius and on social media to create art for 100 days. That means daily painting from April 1 to the middle of July!
As I lack a structured art schedule, this seemed like a good way to try and get into a regular groove of sketching and painting. I’m just over a week in. So far, I’m giving myself a gold star for:
⭐️ for sketching and painting every day (even with travel!)
⭐️ for posting on social media with our #artflow100
BUT I’ve also noticed that I tend to last minute painting in the day. It is often the last thing I do before going to bed. The (slight) upside, is it forces me to do a sketch and painting in about 15 minutes. And I do like the results. So I’m onto something, but I really need to change up the schedule so I’m not painting at midnight…
Want to follow along? Check out my social media feeds or search #artflow100 for all the artists engaged in the challenge. I’ll be posting my progress on my newsletter and I’m hoping to do some type of art giveaway to newsletter subscribers at the end.
